These have stars cut out at the top of the shade to allow light to shine proudly through & the white specks which are supposed to be on them and have white backing.

All my mini shades are made for chandeliers, sconces or candle lamps & clip onto a tapered candelabra or night light bulb. These will NOT fit on regular size light bulbs.
