I check lamp shades, test lamps and light bulbs (unless package must be torn open) prior to shipping. Bulbs are very carefully packed to avoid breakage during shipping.

Please inspect items carefully once you receive them. Try shades before removing plastic wrap or remove from only one lamp shade to be sure it fits and looks properly before removing the plastic from all shades.

Please inspect all light bulbs upon receiving, since sometimes they do get handled rough during shipping.

If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 7 days of receipt. Please email first to inform us that you will be sending the package back and be sure to pack it well.

Merchandise must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Upon receipt, we will credit back the full merchandise amount to your card less a 10% restocking fee, unless there is an error on our part.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
